The Hillside Football Club has partnered with Love Me Love You and invites you to attend a Mental Health and Wellbeing Session on Wednesday 19th April from 7:00 pm at Shark Park

Presenter and founder of Love Me Love You is former first round draft pick and AFL footballer, Lance Picioane. To help young adults take control of their mental wellbeing and to live happier, more fulfilling lives Lance established Love Me Love You in 2013.

As a teenager and throughout his AFL career, Lance suffered from depression and anxiety and like many young adults he chose not to ask for help, but instead turned to partying and substance abuse.

Love me Love You is a non-profit organisation that strives to empower and build resilience in young adults so that they may overcome the stigma surrounding mental health and other life hardships.

Its mission is: Empowering young adults to reach their potential in life. By fostering a positive change through awareness, education and acceptance we can begin to remove the stigma associated with mental health, drugs, alcohol, eating disorders and life hardships

The session is targeted towards community members under 15s and above with all parents and guardians welcome. Join us on Wednesday 19th April from 7:00 pm at Shark Park because wellbeing matters, community matters and YOU matter.
