Introducing Dale Conway – 2017 Coach of the 11c team

Dale is returning to the coaching Shark Tank in 2017 after coaching the 10c team in 2016. With plenty of sport coaching under his belt his reason for coaching is simple – Dale wants to give back to the sport he has played and followed since he was young.

Dale’s philosophy on junior footy at the younger ages is to build on the kids enjoying and respecting the game while learning skills throughout the season to help them develop into better footballers and better people.
